Your rate is set on the last 30 days of referred revenue and reviewed monthly, so a good month moves you up rather than locking you out. Repeat orders from customers you referred keep paying you for 12 months.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee, no minimum and nothing to buy. If we approve you, you get a link and a dashboard.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly by bank transfer, 30 days after the end of the month the orders were placed in, once your balance passes £50. Anything under that rolls into the next month.
How long does the cookie last?
90 days from the click. If the same customer orders again within 12 months, those repeat orders are credited to you too.
Can I run paid ads?
Yes, with one exception: bidding on our own brand terms and close variants is not allowed without written approval, because it only buys back traffic we already have.
What am I allowed to say?
Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research only, so promotion has to stay there: no medicinal, dosing, weight-loss or therapeutic claims, no suggestion of human use, and nothing aimed at under-18s. We send you approved wording and we will review posts on request.
Do I have to disclose the link?
Yes. UK rules require the commercial relationship to be obvious — “#ad”, “affiliate link” or equivalent, up front rather than buried. We do not pay commission on traffic from undisclosed posts.
Do I need to hold stock or handle orders?
No. We hold, test, pack and ship everything, and we deal with the customer, the payment and the paperwork. You send the click.
Do I need to tell HMRC?
Commission is taxable income. If it is on top of employment you will usually need to register for self assessment. We are not tax advisers, so check with yours.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Commission is reversed on refunded orders and deducted from the following month’s balance. It is rare, but it is worth knowing.
Can I join from outside the UK?
Yes, provided you can receive a GBP bank transfer and your audience can legally order from us. We ship to the UK and Crown Dependencies.
