Before you apply.
What is the minimum order?
£500 ex VAT to open a Trade account, in any mix of the four lines. There is no minimum on reorders once your account is active, although tier pricing is held against your rolling three-month average.
Do I need to be a registered business?
Yes. We supply trade accounts only, and we verify the company or sole-trader registration, the trading address and the storefront before pricing is released.
How quickly do orders ship?
Stocked lines ordered before 2pm on a working day leave the same day, for next-working-day delivery in the UK. Larger allocations drawn from a new batch are confirmed with a date at the point of order.
Can I sell under my own brand?
At Distributor tier, yes. We apply your labelling and cartons to the same vials, and the batch CoA still names the lot so your customers can verify it.
Do you dropship?
Blind dropship is available at Distributor tier. We ship direct to your customer in plain packaging with your delivery note and no Aminolabs documentation in the box.
What payment terms do you offer?
First orders are paid up front by card or bank transfer. Net-30 is available from Partner tier after three settled orders.
Can I get exclusivity in my area?
We do not sell territory exclusivity as a product, but sustained volume at Distributor tier opens a conversation about allocation and non-compete arrangements in a defined region.
What happens if a shipment arrives damaged?
Photograph it and tell us within 48 hours and we replace the affected units free of charge. Research materials cannot be accepted back into stock once they have left the controlled environment, so we replace rather than return.
Who am I allowed to sell to?
Qualified persons aged 18 or over, buying for laboratory research. Every partner listing has to carry the research-use-only statement and must not make medicinal, dosing or therapeutic claims. We review partner listings and close accounts that do not comply.

Every partner listing has to carry the research-use-only statement, must not make medicinal, dosing or therapeutic claims, and must sell only to customers aged 18 or over acting in a research capacity. We review partner listings and close accounts that do not comply.
