Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge for the faster services. Every order is tracked and every order gets an email with the tracking number the moment it leaves us. Delivery estimates are working days and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Cut-off times

Orders placed and paid before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, go out on the next working day.

Occasionally a batch is being released or a cold-chain item needs preparing and dispatch takes an extra day. If that applies to your order we will email you rather than let you wonder.

Packaging

Everything ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product labelling visible from outside. Nothing on the box indicates what is inside or who it came from beyond a return address.

Lyophilised vials are held at -20°C and packed with protective material appropriate to the service and the season. Vials are stable in transit as supplied; store them as the product page describes as soon as they arrive.

Channel Islands and Isle of Man

We deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man on a tracked service, also free of charge. Delivery takes a day or two longer. VAT treatment differs for these destinations and is applied automatically.

International

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the Crown Dependencies only. We are not able to ship research materials internationally, because import rules for these compounds vary widely and we will not put a customer in the position of receiving something they cannot lawfully hold.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details.

Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout, and the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. Wholesale accounts can apply for Net-30 terms once an account is established.

Problems with a delivery

Check your parcel when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or wrong, with photographs. Our Returns page sets out exactly what we need and what we will do about it.
